We’ve got new and exciting cannabis education events coming up and we’d love to invite all seniors and active adults to attend. As always, admission is free! All seminars are very casual and comfortable, often with guest speakers from top-tier dispensaries and manufacturers (often with free samples!). We’ll have more info and specific times shortly!

We had a great time with our club members taking a field trip to Bulldog Dispensary on Tuesday, March 8. Turn-out was great and our limo bus had to make two trips to accommodate all of us. And a splendid time was had by all!
Once we arrived at Bulldog, located just a couple of blocks north of Agua Caliente Casino, we were greeted by staff and had a chance to see the dispensary’s wide variety of products. Vapes, gummies, pre-rolls – they’ve got it all. And a knowledgeable staff who offer accurate information to help ensure your safety and enjoyment.
Then we got to see Bulldog’s incredible grow house – a vast, two-story “farm” that tightly adheres to California health standards while ensuring the best and most carefully-grown product for buyers. A forest of five-foot tall plants are nothing to sneeze at. It smelled pretty good in there, too!
The next meeting of our Club will be April 20 when we’ll have Show and Tell, so we can share our individual experiences with products and learn how well they work in providing medicinal benefits. Details to come, see you then.
Senior-High was pleased to be invited back to Palm Springs’ Mizell Center to debut our presentation on Sleep – or rather sleeplessness.
We explained how and why our bodies change in our later years, including the hypothalamus which houses our master clock, know as the Suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN). The SCN, which controls our circadian rhythms which influence daily cycles including hunger, hormone release, and sleepiness, becomes less effective as we age. We experience phase shifts, which make us sleepy earlier and wake us up earlier. Also, older people spend more time in light sleep rather than deep sleep, and so we wake up feeling tired.

What Every Senior Needs to Know… BEFORE Buying Cannabis
We were thrilled to be invited to conduct our seminar at the beautiful Sun City Shadow Hills community in Indio, CA. We had been in contact for about a year but the pandemic had put a “hold” on all events for quite some time. So we were very gratified that this massive (3500 houses) and elegant community reached out to us to extend their invitation.
The audience was very engaged and we fielded many incisive questions.
- Can cannabis help Restless Leg Syndrome and Attention Deficit Disorder?
- What are the most dependable dispensaries in the area?
- Will the THC in a balm produce psychoactivity?
We are very pleased so many seniors are interested in using cannabis products as an alternative to potentially dangerous drugs, and invite senior communities throughout America to contact us if we can be of similar assistance to their valued residents and guests.

What Every Senior Needs to Know… BEFORE Buying Cannabis
Senior-High was thrilled to be invited to speak at the lovely Citrus Club in La Quinta, California. A packed audience enjoyed learning about the following topics:
- The best products for seniors’ ailments
- What new products have become available and how they may help alleviate pain, sleeplessness, and other conditions
- Proper dosages
- What those numbers on the boxes mean and why they’re so important
- How soon various products take to kick in and how long they last
- Growing your own

Many of the attendees signed up for private consultations with Senior-High. Our trained specialists will work with them to fully understand their goals and share our experiences about select products we believe may help them feel much better and enrich their life safely and effectively. Thanks again to our many new friends at the Citrus Club!
What Every Senior Needs to Know… BEFORE Buying Cannabis
We were gratified we once again had a capacity crowd of very engaged Active Adults who recognize the medicinal benefits of cannabis. We offered tips and fundamental information so every attendee now better understands the best products to help alleviate their issues and can walk into any dispensary with the confidence they need to buy what they need with confidence.
We look forward to continuing our mission to help and support seniors throughout America in the quest to improve their lives through the fine cannabis products that address insomnia, aches and pains, depression and other ailments that accompany the aging process.

Senior-High conducted a seminar at the Mizell Center in beautiful Palm Springs! This was a remedial/make-up course covering material offered to residents of Del Webb Rancho Mirage in November, and all-new material to our growing audience of active adults. We discussed the latest developments in CBD, designed to alleviate ailments including aches and pains, sleeplessness, and other conditions that come with age. It was another great afternoon when we were able to provide a great deal of helpful information all of us seniors need to better understand. And we were peppered with questions, which we were more than happy to answer.
Senior-High was pleased to present at Del Webb Rancho Mirage. We’d like to thank not only everyone who attended but our steller faculty of presenters: Chansce Pittard, Manage of the elegant Leaf Dispensary in Palm Desert, Jocelyn Kane, VP of Coachella Valley Cannabis Alliance Network, Ruben Villasenor, VP Sales and Partner of Kurativ CBD, Alisha Diaz, Liquid Flower and the Silver Cannabis Club.
It was informative and gave our audience the opportunity to ask lots of questions about how the latest developments in CBD can help alleviate their ailments.
